A: As of now, we do not allow any form of reservation as we prefer the buyer to only commit after viewing the item during collection.
Q: Can I open a sealed box to check the item before purchase?
A: We strictly do not allow the opening of sealed boxes before purchase.
Q: I am interested in purchasing an item, how do I make my payment?
A: Payment to made strictly upon cash-on-delivery.
Q: Can I set a place anytime and anywhere to collect the item?
A: Currently, for the convenience of all customers and resellers, collection periods are fixed on Sundays at China Square Central.
Q: I cannot meet up with the resellers to pick up the item can I ask for delivery?
A: No, as we strictly prefer the buyer to meet up so that the buyer may check the item before commiting to purchase the time.
